Please register according to the role, that you usually dance, where you „feel home“. As we take as much care as we can, creating a nice atmosphere at the Tangosause, we keep an eye on balanced relation between the amount of followers and leaders. Please only sign in as leader if you are one. Someone who tries to get in as a leader although, it is not like that, will be canceled. If you are dancing both roles in the milongas 50% let us know please via mail and sign in chosing one of both.

You can register alone, but you will only get a place if the ratio is balanced (one leader registers alone). 

If you register alone and later find a leader who wants to register as your partner, we have to know this in the moment that the leader registers. So please let us know right away by email. If we do not receive this info in time, it is not possible to link this person as „your partner“ because we will let in automatically a single follower from the waiting-list.

Registration procedure

We will try to inform you as early as possible whether you are accepted or whether we have to put you on the waiting list. When your participation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the bank details and payment procedures. Payment must be made within 14 days of receiving confirmation. Please remember that your participation is not finally confirmed until we have received and confirmed your payment.

The processing of your registration...

...may take a few days. Please be patient. It is not necessary to send us further registrations. We thank you!

Please be aware that we will not only process registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. We want to balance marathon participation according to the criteria of lead, follow, couple and single and also give international guests the opportunity to participate. The confirmation of participation is personalised and not transferable to other persons.

Dear „Tango-enthusiast“ welcome as part of the „Tangosause“!

In order to have a save and pleasant time please read the following:

• The Organizer is not liable for any property damage or any personal injury arising from the attendance to the „Tangosause“.

• We can not take charge of any losses due to theft or loss of equipment and articles or other personal property.

• The organizer reserves the right, in case of adverse conditions or other unforeseeable events (for example: illness, fire damage, water damage, in the place of the event), to postpone or cancel the event without  any consequences (we don’t take charge for costs linked to the event (like costs for: traveling, hotel booking, room booking, or any other costs); the costs for the marathon ticket will be given back in that case.

• Please note that smoking is forbidden in all the rooms

• Please tell us as soon as possible if you have to cancel
